Submission Guidelines

  • Author must read the guidelines before article submission
  • Mail id for article submission- sabujeemaagrinewsletter@gmail.com  or chiefeditor@sabujeema.in
  • Article would be published in regular Quarterly issues.it means The article will released four times a year with a interval of every three months.
  • As the Magazine was launch on December, 2023. The issue will release in the Month of February, May, August and November every year.
  • Quality article having plagiarism less than 10% will be published free of cost.
  • Nominal Fees of Rs.200/- will be charged for publishing a single article.
  • No Publication charges for Annual Member, Life Member and Editorial member of SABUJEEMA Agri Newsletter.
  • All the article (Popular Article, Technical article, Success stories, Short Communication) must be submitted in proper format (MS Word) following the Author guidelines mentioned in the website.
  • . Kindly follow the format of article writing  from our website
  • All the articles submitted in prescribed format will only accepted for publication  & Article  which are sent to us without Proper format would be rejected.
  • Deadlines of article submission is January 25 for First Issue, April 25 for Second Issue, July 25 for Third Issue and November 25 for Fourth issue every year.
  • Fast Track Article Publication available within 5 days of acceptance of Article.
  • Article Should not be more than 5 pages
  • Article must have an Introduction paragraph, Article Text/Body and a conclusion paragraph, reference (if any)
  • Article must be informative & Innovative
  • Author is solely responsible for Plagiarism issue in their article. The maximum acceptable limit of Plagiarism is 15%.
  • Lines, Figures, Graphs, Tables, Illustrations and other resources to be reproduced from other  Publications must be properly cited & Authors should be responsible for obtaining permission for reproduction of figures, tables etc.  form published sources.
  • Units of measurements, symbols & standard abbreviations should conform to those recommended by the International Union of Biochemistry (IUB) and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC)
  • Metric Measurements are preferred and dosages should be expressed entirely in matric units (SI Units)
  • After submission of the article the author will be provided with an author agreement form that he/she has to duly fill and submit to the same id.

Author Guidelines

Article must be free from plagiarism

Author is solely responsible for plagiarism

Articles should not be more than 5 pages

Article must be in proper format as per the guidelines of our magazine.

Article has not been sent for publication or published else where

Author agrees to guidelines and terms, conditions of our magazine

Revision, if needed, must be done with 2-3 days

Manuscript should be written in MS Word format

Units of Measurements, Symbols and standard abbreviations should conform to those recommended by the International Union of Biochemistry (IUB) and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC)

Plagiarism Policy

  • Our Agri Newsletter is strictly against any unethical act of copying or plagiarism in any form. Plagiarism is said to have occurred when large portions of a manuscript have been copied from existing previously published resources.

  • Authors are advised to check the plagiarism before submission of articles. There should be minimum plagiarism in the articles (preferably below 10-15%).

  • Articles found to be plagiarized during the initial stages of the Peer-review Process are rejected and not considered for publication.

  • Authors need to submit a duly filled and signed  Copy Right Form to declare that their article is original and is not plagiarized/ unethical in any form, without which the manuscript shall not be considered for publication.

Peer Review Policy

The review process is an important aspect of the publication process of an article. It helps an editor in making decisions on an article and also enables the author to improve the manuscript.

SABUJEEMA-Agri Newsletter operates a blind peer review system.

Before accepting to review a manuscript reviewers should ensure that:

  • The manuscript is within their area of expertise.

  • They can dedicate the appropriate time to conduct a critical review of the manuscript.

Manuscripts are confidential materials given to a reviewer in trust for the sole purpose of critical evaluation. Reviewers should ensure that the review process is confidential. Details of the manuscript and the review process should remain confidential during and after the review process.

It is unethical for reviewers to “use information obtained during the peer-review process for their own or any other person’s or organization’s advantage, or to disadvantage or discredit others

Reviewers should not be influenced by:

  • The origin of the manuscript

  • Religious, political or cultural viewpoint of the author

  • Gender, race, ethnicity or citizenry of the author

In evaluating a manuscript, reviewers should focus on the following:

  • Originality

  • Contribution to the field

  • Technical quality

  • Clarity of presentation

  • Depth of research

Reviewers should also:

  • Observe that the author(s) have followed the instruction for authors, editorial policies, and publication ethics.

  • Observe that the appropriate journal’s reporting guidelines are followed

The report should be accurate, objective, constructive and unambiguous.  Comments should be backed by facts and constructive arguments with regard to the content of the manuscript. Reviewers should avoid using “hostile, derogatory and accusatory comments” 

Reviewers should not rewrite the manuscript; however necessary corrections and suggestions for improvements should be made.

Reviewers should only accept manuscripts that they are confident that they can dedicate appropriate time to reviewing. Thus, reviewers should review and return manuscripts in a timely manner.

Recommendations

Reviewers’ recommendations should be either:

• Accept

• Requires minor corrections

• Requires moderate revision

• Requires major revision

• Not suitable for the journal. Submit to another publication such as (suggest a journal):

• Reject

The recommendation should be backed with constructive arguments and facts based on the content of the manuscript.
